At PocketBeauty, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the following terms:
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
We only accept returns and exchanges for unopened and unused products. The product must be in its original, unused condition, and packaging. You must request a return or exchange and post it back within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
Any opened or used items are not eligible for return or exchange for health and hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return/Exchange:
Please contact our customer service team at pocketbeautyau@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
Refund Process:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product received).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly assist with a refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
